Out of a total of 18.490 single votes collected during a three-month public survey of BH citizens (according to a research conducted by a Kolektiv d.o.o. company – portal Posao.ba), 724 companies were nominated as desirable employers. Participants in employers' research most appreciate the good relationship with the employed and the positive working environment. Third place is the security of job retention. Among the reasons stated by the respondents as important are also the high quality of products and services of the company, the opportunities to develop professional skills, the salary level and other benefits.
